General Information

• Rentals are Sunday to Sunday in the summer!
• Rates are based on 8 people or less.
• $50.00 per night fee for every additional person over 8 people. (Adult and children apply)
• No weekend rate available until after Labor Day.
• $200 cleaning fee per stay.
• $1000 deposit per week.
• This is a non-smoking facility and pet free zone.
